Sunset Property Investors is a two family partnership that offers residential and commercial rentals in Rocky Mount, NC.  Our goal is to provide our tenants with a house they are proud to call home.  Unlike large property management companies with very strict and inflexible rules,  we are a small, family run business that can offer very personalized service to our tenants.  We are available 24/7 if a need arises, but our philosophy is to allow our tenants to enjoy our house as their home without burdensome rules and undue interference from us. We expect and allow our tenants to care for our house as they would their own home.  We have beloved pets in our families, so we do allow pets in our houses.  Most units have a fenced back yard which makes them ideal for pets.
